Football Training Programs
1-on-1 Private Coaching
Target Group
Designed for players with clear improvement goals or short-term breakthroughs; suitable for correcting weaknesses in key technical areas, pre-trial/selection preparation, and return-to-play rehabilitation.
Course Content
Professional coaches provide personalized training based on each student’s needs. Sessions cover:
- Basic skills: first touch, passing, shooting
- Physical conditioning
- Advanced skills: dribbling rhythm & breakthroughs, feints, set pieces, positional play, off-the-ball movement
- Goalkeeper-specific training
Video analysis and performance data are used to help players identify issues and make timely adjustments.
Training Objectives
- Short-term (6–8 sessions): Correct 1–2 technical/decision-making flaws; improve weak-foot and first-touch ability.
- Mid-term (8–12 sessions): Maintain stable performance under real match pressure; develop “signature skills.”
- Long-term (12+ sessions): Build a personal playing style/identity (e.g., target man, dribbler, playmaker, sweeper keeper).
Modules
Advantages
The most efficient way to improve. Players receive full attention, customized plans, and fast progress in both skill and confidence.
Format
70–120 minutes per session, 1-on-1, 1–2 times per week.
Evaluation
Baseline test → 4-week progress check → Term report (with optional video/data).
Small Group Elite Training (3–6 Players)
Target Group
For players aiming to develop in a team environment while keeping high ball-contact frequency.
Course Content
3–6 player groups focusing on:
- Small-sided games (1v0, 2v2, 3v3)
- Transitions(attack to defense)
- Fast passing and control
- Spatial awareness
- Competitive scenario
Training Objectives
- Improve game reading and teamwork
- Apply technical skills effectively
- Develop position-specific abilities
- Train decision-making under pressure
- Build communication and team spirit
Format
90–120 minutes per session; 3–6 players; 1–2 times weekly.

90–120 minutes; 10–16 students; 2–4 sessions per week.
Holiday Football Camp
Target Group
For intensive improvement during school breaks; useful for trial prep and pre-season conditioning.
Course Content
Weekend training including:
- Morning:Theory + basic skills
- Afternoon:Tactics, matches, psychology
- Special focus:First touch, game IQ, 1v1s, crossing & finishing, goalkeeper training
- Fitness:Agility, sprint endurance, recovery routines
- Leadership & teamwork activities
